- Automatic 'answering' of requests (pings, datareqs, etc.)

## Current problems and things to change

- Subsystem code should not see ASN1 Encode/Decode functions. (Split ASN1 code files, structs and typedefs on one side, functions on other?)

## Improvements to make

- Optional metrics (messages of each type tx/rx, etc.)
